Do they leak?
Cloth diapers are built to protect against leaks and blowouts. Our two-part system (absorbent diaper + waterproof cover) provides excellent protection, often outperforming disposables. With the right fit, parents are pleasantly surprised by how much fewer leaks they experience.
Are they bulky?
Our modern cloth diapers are trim and designed to fit comfortably under baby clothes. While cloth is slightly fuller than a disposable, the difference is minimal and the snug, cozy fit is great for healthy hip development.
Do I have to dump solids?
Once your baby starts solids, yes, just like with disposables, you simply shake or scrape solids into the toilet before tossing the diaper into your pail. For breastfed babies, no need, those diapers can go straight in our bin.
Will my baby be uncomfortable?
Not at all! Our diapers are made from soft, breathable cotton designed for sensitive skin. Most parents notice their babies are actually more comfortable in cloth because there are no harsh chemicals or plastics against their skin.
Is this more expensive than disposables?
Nope! Our service is cost-comparable, and in many cases more affordable than buying disposables week after week. Plus, you save on the hidden costs, like diaper rash creams and trash bags and gain peace of mind knowing you’re reducing waste. Oh! How do I get started with diaper service? I'm new to diapering.
Getting started is simple! Just sign up online, choose your preferred diaper package, and we’ll deliver everything you need right to your doorstep. We’ll provide your starter set, show you how the system works, and you’ll have ongoing support from our team whenever you have questions.
What happens when I go on vacation?
You have options! You can either take your cloth diapers with you, or we can provide paper (eco-friendly disposable) diapers for your trip. Just let us know before you leave so we can plan your order accordingly
How does Luludew know how many diapers to send me each week?
Easy! We start you off with two full sets of diapers. Each week, whatever you return to us gets washed and replaced with the exact same number of fresh diapers for the following week. This way, you’ll always have the right amount on hand. Need more or less? We’re a phonecall or email away!
When my baby grows, how do I get bigger diapers?
No need to worry! As your baby grows, simply let us know and we’ll exchange your diapers for the next size up. The switch is seamless, and there’s no additional cost for sizing up.
Does Luludew deliver during holidays?
Neither rain, nor heat, nor holiday schedules keep Luludew from the timely delivery of your baby’s clean, eco-friendly diapers.
